Term and Conditions

Our days

Our day starts at 7.30 from our unit and includes any time spent being held up in traffic or roadworks, and finishes at 5pm.

Any time spent working after 5pm is charged at an hourly rate and is worked out accordingly based on the equipment and man power needed.

Traveling between site locations if charged per mile at a rate of 45p per mile.

Ground Protection

Ground protection is available for sensitive sites and tracking / protection mats are available to hire when required. We ask all clients where protection is essential, to state this one week prior to the start date agreed.

Materials

All materials supplied by MyTreeCompany will remain property of MyTreeCompany until full settlement of the invoice is made. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will lead to further action.

Wear and tear

Wear and tear is covered within our agreed price along with any issues caused by operate error. These errors will be covered by MyTreeCompany, however any excessive damage that is created by foreign objects due to site conditions (such as foreign objects found within wood that cannot be seen by the operator, or high volumes of flint within the ground which cant be avoided) could result in extra fees.

Quotes

Our quotes are priced per job and the equipment needed.

Any additional work or equipment required to complete the work, caused by the authorising party’s failure to make known or caused by previously unknown foreign material in the trunk, branches, underground, or any other condition not apparent in estimating the work specified, shall be paid for by the customer on a time and material basis.

Any additional work that is asked to be carried out on site, that is not included in the quote will be charged accordingly at the price disgust before starting the additional work.

Payment

All invoice are to be paid in full within the 14 days of the invoice being raised. Payments not made within the 14 day period may incur an increased statutory 8% charge of the total payable amount plus the current base rate of the Bank Of England.
